John & Marcia Rowley
Serial entrepreneurs John and Marcia Rowley launched The Cash Source in 2018 to reimagine traditional short-term lending with an easier, faster and better approach.
With a rich history of founding and operating multiple enterprises for more than 25 years, namely International Cruise & Excursions and Open Network Exchange, John and Marcia know firsthand that success doesn’t happen overnight — but receiving a short-term loan almost overnight certainly facilitates the journey.
The couples’ list of accolades includes ARDA’s Circle of Excellence Lifetime Achievement Award and Phoenix Business Journal’s Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist, among others. Their genuine desire to help other business owners and investors succeed is core to who we are and how we operate.

Elizabeth Hale
For more than 30 years, The Cash Source CEO and co-founder Elizabeth Hale has helped entrepreneurs, investors, family offices and commercial real estate developers pinpoint new and creative avenues for growth while mitigating risk.
Entrepreneurial life is innate to Elizabeth. From her first venture at just 8-years-old selling greeting cards door-to-door, to the wholesale distribution center she built and sold by the time she turned 30, she personally and professionally understands the challenges fellow business owners face ― and how to overcome them.
Elizabeth founded Phoenix-based tax consultant firm eeCPA in 2004, then joined John and Marcia in co-founding The Cash Source in 2018, to help driven and unconventional entrepreneurs reach their potential creatively and profitably.
